Eating foods containing probiotics helps to get rid of nasty conditions by promoting the growth of healthy bacteria.
So whenever you have vaginal issues, eat foods with probiotics like yogurt, kombucha, miso, and kimchi.
Yogurt is a common home remedy for healing yeast infections. Yogurt promotes the expansion of “good” bacteria within the vagina. These bacteria can exterminate several yeasts and keep your vagina healthy.
Use plain Greek yogurt with no added sugar or flavors. Some facts suggest that applying a mix of yogurt and honey inside the vagina can help treat fungal infections, liable for vaginal itching.
You can insert some yogurt into your vagina to appease the itching. Or you can also coat a tampon in Greek yogurt and insert it. If you are trying either method, wear a pad so that the yogurt doesn’t get on your clothes.
