So whenever you have vaginal issues, eat foods with probiotics like yogurt, kombucha, miso, and kimchi.

Apply Yogurt

Yogurt is a common home remedy for healing yeast infections. Yogurt promotes the expansion of “good” bacteria within the vagina. These bacteria can exterminate several yeasts and keep your vagina healthy.
