You can use it very liberally on your skin to help with dry skin. Also:

Let me tell you how I use sesame oil for my skin and my hair.

For skin: I keep this applying this oil every day. I also used sesame oil as a carrier oil with some massaging oils and applied a to two drops of all that combination and then sleep with that oil, which will work wonders for my skin.

For Hairs: I apply this oil and massage my scalp and hair thoroughly, and I leave it for two to three hours, and then it is washed off, and I also use this oil as a leave-in conditioner. That’s good that I apply for the tips of my hair.

To use sesame oil for hairs, mix it with any carrier oil and massage this oil on to your scalp and ultimatelty all the hairs at night before going to slepp. Wash you hairs in the morning to get rid of dandruff.

Sesame oil is also used for deep-conditioning purposes. For this, you can apply it to the end of your hairs and let it stay as a leave-in conditioner.

Sesame Oil And Dry Skin

According to Ayurveda, dry skin in winter is prevalent due to the cold weather.
